Stader’s vision is to make staking mainstream and to achieve it we are creating multiple structured products on top of staking, aggregating all types of staking products, and being the distribution layer for staking across retail and business user segments for multiple blockchains.


We are assembling a rockstar team of people with varied skill sets and are looking for high-performance people looking to bring crypto staking to the mainstream to join us in this journey. The current team has members with a combined 40+ years of work experience in building high-quality crypto technology as well as scaling start-ups. The founding team members are from IITs, IIMs, and Ivy League Universities with experience across acclaimed firms like Swiggy, LinkedIn, Comcast, Paypal, Booking.com, etc.

The role: 

As a Solidity Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Smart Contract Development: Architect, code, and deploy secure and reliable smart contracts using Solidity, integrating best practices and considering potential vulnerabilities.
  • Protocol Enhancement: Design, implement, test, and audit protocol upgrades and additions to enhance the efficiency, security, and scalability of our DeFi platform.
  • Technical Excellence: Provide hands-on expertise in the architecture of smart contracts, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Blockchain Research: Stay abreast of blockchain protocols and emerging technologies, conducting research to identify opportunities for optimization, and innovation.
  • Security and Reliability: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of smart contracts to ensure their reliability, security, and robustness against potential vulnerabilities.
  • DevOps Integration: Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to streamline development and deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration of smart contracts within the larger ecosystem.




Requirement: 


  • Around 2+ years of extensive recent experience in Solidity development,
  • Candidates must have proven experience in delivering projects utilizing Solidity and EVM-based smart contracts
  • Foundry Proficiency • Ideal candidates should work primarily with Foundry • They must understand the key differences between Hardhat and Foundry, with a clear preference for Foundry, indicating they would not initiate a new project using Hardhat.
  • Platform or System-Level Engineering Experience • Applicants should possess experience in platform or system-level engineering. • A solid understanding of a C-like programming language is suggested, with proficiency in C++, Rust, Go, or Java highly beneficial.
  • Competent Engineering Background • Familiarity with Docker, Linux, and Visual Studio Code is preferred • Candidates should demonstrate usage of linters, continuous integration and static code analysis tools in their development workflow.
  • High Personal Integrity in Code Quality • We are looking for individuals with extremely high personal integrity, particularly with an inability to move forward with flawed designs or buggy code.
